Every year, NCAC publishes "ten major topics related to consumer affairs" of the year chosen out of the cases that drew significant public attention and/or showed typical trends.

The year 2022 has been marked by the age of adulthood lowering from 20 to 18, consumer problems caused by social media and matchmaking apps, enhanced measures against psychic scams, etc.
